Most appointments require an $85 advance deposit to secure your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied according to our Studio Policy.
For braiding and twist services, please note that hair generally should be at least 4–5 inches in length throughout. If your hair is very short, thinning, has areas of breakage, or you are unsure whether your hair is suitable for your desired service, please schedule a consultation or contact our studio before booking.
Need to reschedule or cancel? Please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to our Studio Policy and applicable fees.
